Joan
Alleckson, President
Joan
is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of business experience
in finance, operations, and general management. Joan
founded Profit Solutions Network to address the need
of both corporations and government agencies to improve
their bottom line and budgetary control. Profit Solutions
Network assists firms and agencies in their expenditure
management by identifying and collecting overpayments
of disbursements and
identifying cost reduction opportunities.
Prior
to founding Profit Solutions Network, Joan was the General
Manager of Toro Agricultural Irrigation Division, a
worldwide irrigation company with operations in Europe,
Australia and the Americas. Immediately prior, she was
the Director of Operations for Toro Irrigation and had
overall responsibility for manufacturing, logistics,
procurement and quality. Joan also has extensive financial
and planning experience through various management positions
she has held with Arthur Andersen, Bausch & Lomb,
Honeywell, and The Toro Company.

Bill
has over twenty-five years of experience in complex
financial environments. He has managed organizations
ranging from two people to over 400 located in three
cities, been involved in the integration of over $1
billion of acquisitions, two IPO's and has managed through
several systems conversions/installations. His experience
includes, Audit Manager-Arthur Andersen & Co., Vice
President-Controller with Apache Corporation, a large
independent oil and gas exploration and production firm
and CFO-AML Communications, a high-tech manufacturer
of amplifier based products. Bill has testified before
the SEC on proposed rulemaking and met with representatives
of both the NASD and New York Stock Exchange on listing
requirements. Bill's experience also includes providing
consulting services in such diverse fields as government
contracting, biological and hazardous waste disposal
and fitness equipment manufacturing and distribution.
Today,
as Profit Solutions Network's VP of Operations, he has
hands on experience in the systems, education and processes
that are effective in preventing and detecting errors
in the procure-to-pay cycle. He has experience with
Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards and virtually all large ERP
systems.
Bill
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the California Society of CPA's.
